"Spectrum for cable TV is a service that will soon be obsolete. The fact that their customer service is atrocious does not help.. My biggest dissatisfaction is that the TV times out after 4 hours, regardless of your television settings. I need my TV to stay on longer for when my puppy is home alone. It's not just the fact that Spectrum claims nothing can be done, but their lack of service, concern or care for us as customers that makes me sick. I am currently looking for another provider."
